2008/2009 Conquistador Hockey

 

The Conquistador Hockey Program is entering its 6th season.  In addition to the Junior High program, we are now offering a unique hockey program to all levels.  The Conquistadors will be playing in 5 AA or A tournaments.  Please read carefully and select the program best suited for your child.  Space is limited and all applications will be evaluated by the Management team.

Mites receive 4 tournaments, 17 skills and 4 additional games at a cost of $999.

 

Squirt & Peewee Minor and Majors will play 5 tournaments, 18 Practices and up to 8 additional games at a cost of $1199.

 

The Conquistador program allows the player to compete and be challenged.  We offer the program at a great value.

 

Sign up now as space is limited.  Evaluations will be completed before final selection to all teams. 

 

The Conquistadors are accepting new applications at this time.  A deposit of $250.00 (payable to Precision Hockey) along with the completed application must be received. Team selections will be finalized in June and the final payment will be due at that time. If your child is not selected for the program your deposit will be refunded.

A deposit of $250 per player must be received by April 10th to receive consideration for 2008.  The final payment will be due at sign ups in April.  If your child is not selected for the program your deposit will be refunded

I agree that I shall provide health insurance to cover any personal injury and/or property damage sustained by the player while participating in any activities while playing for the Conquistadors program.  The undersigned assumes all responsibilities for any risk of damage or injury that may occur to the above named player as a participant in any Conquistador program including games, practices, scrimmages, skills sessions and any other activities related to the program.  Additionally, the undersigned hereby releases and charges the program, its employees, instructors, and other players from all claims, demands, rights or causes of action present or future, whether known or anticipated and resulting from or arising out of or incident to the undersigned participation in the said program.
